Artist and educator Debbie Jackson has been
working with polymer clay for over a decade. While Debbie is multi-talented,
her interests lie in creating ethnic-style polymer clay jewelry, dolls
and home decor. Her work has appeared in numerous galleries and
exhibitions across the country including Sudios on High and Kibibi's
Art Gallery in Columbus, Ohio.
Debbie manages her own business, Debbie's Adornments, as an avenue to
sell her work. She continues to teach across the country at art
conferences, guilds and other establishments. One of her dreams came
true when she taped a segment for the Carol Duvall Show on HGTV.
Debbie has plans for her second book, and is currently preparing for
it. Her work has also been published in several books and PolymerCAFE'
magazine.
During her term as President of the Columbus Polymer Clay Guild, she
helped the guild grow in talent as well as in numbers. As a current member
she still shares her talents and enthusiasm and inspires us all.
Her book “Polymer Clay Jewelry” is a must for every polymer clay artist.
Even if you don't make jewelry, the techniques you will learn can be
applied to any project.
