Remember 675 is practically a straight line. You can only enter it from one direction so you cannot end up going the wrong way.

The great thing about going the way they tell you is that just when you feel nervous about how long you have been on the road (and you will be quite a while on Dayton-Yellow Springs road) YOU CROSS A RAILROAD TRACK AND THE ROAD DEAD ENDS RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED TO TURN LEFT.

You go up to the FIRST LIGHT (which is about 200 feet) then turn right. You have just entered the Air Force Base.

To your right is a sign that says Hope Hotel Conference Center and the road veers to the right. You can see it practically in front of you. You can park in front where you can see Packy's Sports Bar and Grill. As you enter the front entrance, you will continue straight through and hit a hallway where the conference rooms start. We will be in the conference room just past the restaurant on the right. Just look for the four harried looking women hauling chairs, paper and tarps around.

If you come in the Hotel Entrance , turn right at the check-in desk and follow the hallway down to the last conference room on the left.

You can come a bit early to set up your space but PLEASE do not come any earlier than 10:30am on Thursday . We have to have enough time to get the room set up and ready for you (which is a nice way of saying if ya come early ya can't get in the workroom). Room check-in is not until 3pm.

If you are arriving on Friday - Room check in is 3pm and your food coverage begins with Friday SUPPER. However, you can arrive earlier to set up your workspace or see demos.
