Option B : 3 days (Friday 2/15/08-Sunday 2/17/08)

[ ] $105 for Columbus & Dayton guild members…. OR ….[ ] $120 or non-members*

*(This will put you on an email list for all 2008 workshops and classes for both guilds and you will

be able to pay guild member prices for 2008 only.)

Registration form must be accompanied by the full registration fee . Checks will not be deposited until the first week of January, 2008 .

Cancellation requests after January 5, 2008 will be subject to a $20 service fee. NO REFUNDS on cancellations after January 31 st . ***Remember the retreat fee DOES NOT include the hotel room charges—you must contact the hotel on or before January 15, 2008 to ensure lodging. After this date, rooms are not guaranteed to be available. Call Hope Hotel at 937-879-2696 to make room reservations .
